Driving a car we have not yet developed a vehicle-specific holder for? Then this collection is your answer. Three universal FLOW DOWN® systems - magnetic, hook-and-loop and show - one for every situation. Made in Germany, produced in our workshop in Essen.

magnetic holder
For whom: anyone who wants to take the plate off quickly and often (photo shoots, track days, car meets).
System: M4 screws in the bumper, magnet plates on the number plate.
Advantage: swaps in seconds, tested to 300 km/h.
hook-and-loop holder
For whom: anyone who wants the cleanest possible look - or drives a leased car.
System: an industrial hook-and-loop system that bonds on - no drilling, no screws.
Advantage: completely frameless, invisible, removable without residue.

When universal, when vehicle-specific?
If your model is available in our vehicle-specific line (BMW M, Audi RS, VW Golf 6/7/8, Hyundai N, Kia GT, Ford ST, Toyota GR) we recommend the vehicle-specific holder - it sits perfectly flush in the OEM recess. For every other car the universal holder from this collection is the answer.

Frequently asked questions about the universal collection
Which system should I choose for a leased car?
The hook-and-loop holder. It bonds on without drilling or screws and comes off without residue. Simply peel it off when you hand the car back; the bodywork stays as it was.
When should I choose magnets rather than hook-and-loop?
When you want to take the plate off quickly and often - for track days, photo shoots or car meets. The magnetic holder is the quick-change system; the hook-and-loop holder is the invisible permanent look.
What distinguishes the universal version from a vehicle-specific holder?
The vehicle-specific holder is matched exactly to the bumper geometry of one model. The universal holder fits almost any geometry but is positioned a little more freely. If your model exists in the vehicle-specific line, we recommend that version.
Do the universal holders need any registration?
No. None of the three systems needs an entry or an inspection in Germany. The material and real-world tests are documented, and conformity with section 12 FZV when used correctly is recorded in the technical data sheet. Outside Germany, national rules apply.
I have a modified front with a carbon aero kit - will the universal holder fit?
In most cases, yes. For unusual aero kit geometries send us a photo via WhatsApp - we check the fit individually and can make an adapted version in our workshop in Essen if needed.
