No. FLOW DOWN® tailpipes come with a certificate / test report. That means you can use them legally on the road and they usually do not need to be registered. What always counts are the documents supplied with the product.

That depends on the car and the version. Depending on the design the tailpipes are slotted on or clamped. For a perfect result we recommend fitting at the FLOW DOWN workshop.

Hardly, as a rule. Tailpipes are primarily a visual upgrade. The sound comes mainly from the silencer and the exhaust system, not from the tailpipe.
