Does the racing front lip come painted or do I have to have that done?

It comes unpainted with a matt ABS surface. Many leave it exactly like that because it suits the racing character. If you want it in body colour it has to go to a paint shop first - we do not offer painting in Essen.

What are the link rods for?

They brace the far-projecting lip so it does not flutter at higher speeds or bend downwards under load. They are an integral part of the design and are included.

What is the difference from the ordinary cup spoiler lip?

The racing version projects far further forward, is braced with support rods and comes unpainted. The standard variant is more restrained and comes finished in gloss black.

How practical is the lip on the Genesis Coupé day to day?

Honestly, limited. The coupé sits low anyway, and with this lip it is the lowest part on the car. Car park ramps and high kerbs then have to be approached deliberately and slowly, ideally at a slight angle.
