The elements we offer are manufactured in our Carbon Division - a production branch specializing in the processing of carbon. This also includes the tailgate spoiler for the BMW M135i F40. The tailgate spoiler is the aerodynamic component of the rear of the vehicle, which is located in the upper area of the tailgate.

The tailgate spoiler influences the airflow around the body. It directs the airflow in the rear area of the vehicle and visually underlines the racing character. The tailgate spoiler is mounted using a very strong 3M adhesive tape and an activator. This method of mounting allows you not to affect the structure of the element, which does not reduce its durability.
The rear spoiler is made in Poland. It is produced using thermal printing technology. The carbon fiber is hardened at high temperature and pressure. An autoclave is used for this. This is the most modern method of carbon production, which guarantees an excellent effect - both in terms of durability and appearance.
We ship carbon products well secured - in addition to the normal foil that protects the component from scratches, we use a large amount of bubble wrap and a protective mat that protect the product from shocks and vibrations during transport.

Yes. The laminate is cured in the autoclave under pressure and heat and therefore stays dimensionally stable over many heat cycles.
Not if the mounts are clean. The standard cover's rubber grommets harden over the years and often stay stuck in the holder when pulled off - those remnants have to come out, otherwise the new cover will not lie flat.
No, it is only the cover. Nothing on the engine itself is changed.
