The headrests were made in Poland. They were made using thermal pressure treatment. The carbon fiber is hardened at high temperature and pressure. An autoclave is used for this. This is the most modern method of carbon production, which guarantees an excellent effect - both in terms of strength and optical properties.
We ship carbon products properly secured - in addition to the normal foil that protects the component from scratches, we also use a large amount of bubble wrap and a protective mat that protect the product from shocks and vibrations during transport.

Yes, the cut-out for the belt guide is part of the moulding and needs no reworking.
Only with sloppy work. Modern seats carry cables for seat heating, occupancy detection and sometimes airbag components - everything unplugged must seat correctly afterwards, otherwise an error message stays in the instrument cluster.
