The strut brace cover was made in Poland. They were produced by thermal pressure treatment. The carbon fiber is cured at high temperature and high pressure. An autoclave is used for this. This is the most modern method of carbon production, which guarantees an excellent effect - both in terms of strength and optical properties.
We ship carbon products properly secured - in addition to the normal foil that protects the component from scratches, we also use a large amount of bubble wrap and a protective mat that protect the product from shocks and vibrations during transport.

No. It sits over the standard brace; nothing changes technically on the car.
Yes. The parts are cured in the autoclave under pressure and heat and are accordingly dimensionally stable against the heat cycles in the engine bay.
That the part does not press against any line or wiring harness anywhere. Anything in permanent contact chafes with every engine movement. We check the clearances before handover.
