How do Street Pro V.1 and V.2 differ?

Only in the shaping. The V.2 spreads the fins wider across the rear, the V.1 concentrates them in the centre. Material thickness, mounting points and papers are the same on both.

Is the rear apron matt or gloss?

Matt black with a UV protective layer. Street Pro is not produced in gloss black - if you want a uniformly glossy rear end, the painted rear add-ons are the right choice.

Does fitting it require no registration entry?

No. There is a parts certificate, not a registration-exempt document. After fitting you need an inspection at an approved test centre and the entry in the papers.

Is the part bonded or bolted?

Bolted. That requires holes in the rear apron which stay visible after removal. In return the joint holds regardless of temperature and weather.

Does the V.2 fit an RS3 8V from 2016?

No, that is the pre-facelift with a different rear apron. Separate Street Pro versions exist for it - drop us a line and we will link them for you.
