Not with this part. The roof spoiler was unchanged in the facelift, so the lip fits both model year ranges.

No, the lip is bonded to the existing roof spoiler.
In principle yes. On cars more than ten years old the roof spoiler's paint can come away during removal if it is already degraded. We check that before bonding and let you know.
