How do I tell whether my RS3 8V is a pre-facelift?

By the first registration in the vehicle documents. Anything before 2017 takes this version. From 2017 the 8V has a revised rear apron and needs the facelift version.

What happens if I order the wrong version?

A gap remains at the outer corner that cannot be pressed out. So better send us a photo of the rear beforehand - within minutes we will tell you which version fits your car.

Do I have to have the flaps entered in the papers?

No. A parts type approval is in place, so fitting needs no registration entry. You only need to carry the papers in the car.

Is the part available for the saloon too?

The RS3 8V came as a Sportback and a saloon, and both have their own rear geometry. Tell us which body style you drive and we will find the right part.
