Do I definitely need the V.1 rear add-on with it?

Yes. The flaps are designed for its outer edges and have no clean connection on the bare standard bumper. Without the add-on they end unsupported.

Do I have to have the flaps entered in the papers?

No. A parts type approval is in place, so fitting needs no registration entry. You only need to carry the papers in the car.

Do the flaps fit the RS3 8Y Sportback too?

No, this version is made for the saloon. The Sportback has a different rear bumper and needs its own part.

Can I have the rear add-on and flaps fitted together?

Yes, and that is the better order. We then align the add-on centrally first and place the flaps against it. Done later, you have to work along an already fixed edge, which is less forgiving.
