There are several Street Pro rear aprons for my RS3 8V - what is the difference?

Only the shape. This version has many narrow ribs across the full width, the V.1 five tall fins in the centre, the V.2 more widely spaced flat fins. Material, fixing and papers are the same on all.

Is the part bonded or bolted?

Bolted. That makes the joint hold regardless of outside temperature, but it creates holes that stay visible after removal.

Does the rear apron fit the RS3 8V facelift?

No, it belongs on the pre-facelift up to 2016. There are separate versions for the facelift from 2017.

Does the fitting have to be entered in the papers?

Yes. There is a parts certificate, not a registration-exempt document. After fitting you need an inspection and the entry in the vehicle papers.
