The V.2 tapers flatter and up close looks almost factory. The V.1 is strongly stepped and changes the front more clearly. If you only want to finish the standard line cleanly at the bottom, the V.2 is right.
Because on such a tall vehicle you cannot see the lower apron edge from the ground. We mark from the centre outwards and then measure the corner elements against each other.
