What separates the V.5 from the V.4?

Only the edge shape - the V.5 is the most pronounced of the five versions. The holes are the same on all.

Can I switch to a more restrained version later?

Yes. All five versions use the same hole pattern - the bumper is not drilled a second time.

Does the V.5 fit the RS3 Sportback?

No, it is cut for the saloon. On the Sportback the apron tapers differently at the bottom.

Do the screws work loose over time?

Only if the lip does not sit flush in the middle - it then flexes over bumps and works at the outer points. That is why we shim at the contact points instead of tightening harder.
