At standard ride height yes. On a lowered car it gets tight on ramps and kerbs - we work that out on your car before fitting.
The V.3 strongly traces the existing edge; the V.4 sets its own splitter line beneath it. The fixing is the same on both.
Because ABS moves as it settles. We tighten the centre first and then work outwards - the other way round creates tension that later tears out at the holes.
