Is the V.4 too much for an otherwise standard RS3?

That is a matter of taste, but in our experience: it looks most coherent on cars where something has already been done. If you only want to change one part, the V.1 or V.2 is more balanced.

Does it fit the RS3 saloon?

No. This part belongs on the Sportback; we stock a separate V.4 for the saloon.

How vulnerable is the edge in everyday use?

The further a lip projects, the sooner it grounds. Before fitting we measure the approach angle on your car and tell you what is realistic.
