Do I have to have the front lip entered in the papers?

No. A general operating permit (ABE/type approval) is in place, so fitting needs no registration entry. You simply carry the papers in the car.

Why is there a V.1 and further versions for the same car?

Because Maxton offers several edge shapes for this car. The choice changes nothing about the fixing - all versions fit the same.

Does the part fit the Golf 7 R without the facelift too?

No, this part is cut for the facelift apron from 2017. We do not stock a matching version for the earlier model in this range.

Can I take the part through a car wash?

Yes, without restriction. For the best gloss long term, hand washing is gentler, as brushes can leave fine scratches.
