Does the lip on the Tucson ground on an underground car park ramp?

As a rule no. As a crossover the Tucson sits high enough and the lip does not extend far downwards but follows the existing apron edge. On ramps with a sharp break, approach at a slight angle - then the edge runs off sideways.

Does the cup spoiler lip fit the Tucson from 2019 too?

No. With the late-2018 facelift the front apron was redrawn and the lower edge runs differently. For the facelift there is a separate part, the front lip V.2 suitable for the Hyundai Tucson Mk3 facelift. The two are not interchangeable.

Do I have to drill into the bumper for the front lip?

The lip is bolted to the lower edge of the front apron and the fitting kit is included. The fixings sit underneath and are not visible from the front once fitted. If you would rather not do it yourself, book the fitting with us in Essen.
