Carbon fiber materials are characterized by high durability and low weight. Carbon fiber is very often used in motorsports, especially in vehicle aerodynamics. Various types of spoilers, diffusers, splitters and flaps are often made from carbon fiber.

In our Carbon Division - a production department specializing in the processing of carbon fiber - the elements we offer are manufactured, including the rear diffuser for the Audi RS3 Sedan 8Y. The rear diffuser is an aerodynamic component that covers the lower part of the rear bumper.

The rear diffuser lowers the body both visually and physically. This reduces the airflow space under the car by 2 centimeters. The diffuser is equipped with mounting holes. These holes prevent any deterioration of the structure of the element and thus do not reduce its strength.

The rear diffuser was made in Poland. It was produced using thermal printing technology. Carbon fiber is hardened at high temperature and pressure using an autoclave. This is the most modern method of carbon fiber production, which guarantees excellent results in terms of strength and optical properties.

We ship carbon fiber products properly secured - in addition to the regular film that protects the component from scratches, we also use a large amount of bubble wrap and a protective mat to protect the product from shocks and vibrations during transport.

Real carbon. The weave is processed as pre-preg and cured in the autoclave under pressure and heat - the most demanding of the common methods.
Material and process. Pre-preg weave and autoclave curing are far more expensive than plastic thermoforming. In return you get an even weave pattern and a dimensionally stable part.
Untreated carbon reacts to UV light. If the car is permanently outdoors, a paint protection film over the part is the safest solution - just ask us about it.
No. A parts certificate is included, so after fitting an inspection at an approved test centre and an entry in the vehicle papers are needed.
It is possible, but we advise against it. Under tension carbon does not give like plastic; it breaks out at the edge - and that cannot be repaired.
