Carbon fiber materials are characterized by high durability and low weight. Carbon fiber is very often used in motorsports, especially in vehicle aerodynamics. Various types of spoilers, diffusers, splitters and flaps are often made from carbon fiber.

In our Carbon Division - a production department specializing in the processing of carbon fiber - the elements we offer are manufactured. These include the roof rails for the BMW M4 G82. Roof rails are the aerodynamic elements of the vehicle that cover the side elements of the roof.

The roof rails visually extend the body of the car. They are designed to complement the original roof embossings and thus perfectly match the overall appearance of the vehicle. The roof rails are mounted using a very durable 3M adhesive tape with an activator. This type of installation allows not to damage the structure of the element, which does not reduce its strength.

The roof rails were made in Poland. They were manufactured using a thermal printing process. Carbon fiber is hardened at high temperature and high pressure. An autoclave is used for this. This is the most modern method of carbon fiber production, which guarantees an excellent result - both in terms of strength and optical properties.

We ship carbon fiber products properly secured - in addition to regular foil that protects the component from scratches, we also use a large amount of bubble wrap and a protective mat that protect the product from shocks and vibrations during transport.
